A liquid split for ownership, then the token through Clanker. 99% of trading fees go to the split, 1% to the converter.

Once the community blesses the structure, anyone could launch it — no gatekeeper, by design. But the first launch won't be a surprise: a predictable time, announced in advance, executed by a designated agent. A beginning the whole town can watch.
